Jens Quistgaard Rosewood and Chrome Chair for Richard Nissen. Chair has solid rosewood spokes fit into chrome stretchers that support a suede sling. The chair is held together by tension and has no screws or bolts. Denmark.

American Industrial Ornamental nickel-plated adjustable lynne portable lamp with weighted cast iron base. Designed and patented by Anker S. Lyhne in 1911, Bridgeport, CT. Ornament consists of palm leaves and scrollwork. Original socket casing contains a yellow brass bryant key socket rewired with period appropriate braided cloth cord.

Asian Turquoise Lamp. I love how this piece could translate into a contemporary interior of today with the collective knowledge that it was manufactured in the 30s. The color and the illustration is playful and refreshing. The lucite base and finial give it that extra pop of elegance while the rectangle shade gives it a clean sophistication.

Iron Bench with Ivory Cowhide Upholstery. A more modern take on a Greek Diphros x-based stool. I like the patina/luster of the iron paired with the warm accents of metal to highlight the stretcher and the feet.
